What our clients say, and how we collect it

Texas Service Experts has, as of May 2026, a 5.0 rating across thirty-five Google reviews, with additional review presence on Houzz and Angi. The reviews below are a curated selection of what clients have written, alongside a description of how we collect them and what we ask.

We ask every client for a review. Not because reviews drive search visibility — though they do — but because the discipline of asking forces us to close every project with the question of whether the client believes the work merits a public statement. The answer to that question is the cleanest internal quality measure we have.

Methodology

Every project closes with a written email to the client, sent within seventy-two hours of final commissioning, asking three questions. Did the work meet what you expected. Was the project run in a way that respected your time and your house. Would you recommend us to a friend in the same neighborhood. Clients who respond yes to all three are invited to leave a public review, on a platform of their choice.

We do not pay for reviews. We do not screen reviews before they are posted. We do not ask clients to remove reviews if they are critical. The 5.0 rating is the result of the practice, not the result of curation.

If a client responds with anything less than yes to one of the three questions, the conversation is internal — we work to understand what fell short and to repair the relationship before any public review is requested. That practice is older than the public review system and predates the existence of Google reviews entirely.

Every reviewed project is also represented in our portfolio where applicable, with photographs of the completed work and the case-study narrative behind it. Where a client has elected privacy, the project remains undocumented publicly.

If you have completed a project with us and would like to leave a public review, the most useful platform is Google. Search “Texas Service Experts Dallas” and click through to our profile, where the review option is on the right-hand panel. Houzz and Angi are also active for clients who prefer those platforms.
