Our Approach

- Removed the failed crown and rebuilt it with a proper crown-coat material
- Installed a custom stainless steel chase cover sized to the chimney
- Replaced the rain cap with a properly sized spark arrestor
- Re-sealed the flashing with high-grade chimney sealant
The Result
The leak stopped immediately. The new crown and cover are warrantied for 25 years, and the homeowners no longer hear water dripping inside the chase during storms.
