AI Content Disclosure

Effective Date: May 11, 2026
Last Updated: May 11, 2026

1. Purpose of This Disclosure

Texas Service Experts believes our customers, our prospective customers, and the search engines that index our content all deserve transparency about the role artificial intelligence plays in producing material on this website. This AI Content Disclosure explains how, when, and why AI-assisted technologies are used in the creation, editing, optimization, and translation of content across our digital properties. We publish this disclosure voluntarily — no current law requires it — because we believe it is the right thing to do and consistent with our broader commitments to honesty and clear communication with the homeowners we serve.

2. Where AI Is Used

Texas Service Experts uses AI-assisted writing, editing, research, and translation tools — including large language models such as those provided by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4 and successors), and similar — in the following capacities:

  • Generating first-draft outlines and rough drafts for service-area pages, seasonal HVAC and plumbing guides, FAQ content, and homeowner-education articles;
  • Suggesting alternative phrasings to improve clarity, readability, and reading-grade-level appropriateness for a general audience;
  • Translating English content into Spanish for our bilingual customer base across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex;
  • Summarizing technician field notes into customer-facing service reports that read in plain English rather than HVAC jargon;
  • Generating alternative-text descriptions for images to support our accessibility commitments (see our Accessibility Statement);
  • Producing schema markup, structured-data templates, and meta-description tags for SEO purposes;
  • Drafting internal training materials and standard operating procedures for our office and field staff.

3. Human Review and Editorial Standards

Every piece of public-facing content on this website has been reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by a human editor at Texas Service Experts before publication. Our editorial process requires:

  • Verification of every technical claim against manufacturer specifications, Texas building codes (IRC, IECC, NEC, IFGC as adopted in Texas), EPA guidance, NATE or ACCA technical references, or other industry-recognized sources;
  • Confirmation that pricing ranges, service-area coverage, technician licensing, and contact information are current and accurate as of the publication date;
  • Plain-language editing by a member of our team who has direct field experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related home services and who can recognize when an AI draft has gotten something subtly wrong;
  • A final read-through by the page owner before the content goes live, with a written sign-off in our content-management system;
  • Periodic post-publication audits to catch claims that have gone stale (price changes, code updates, manufacturer recalls).

AI is a tool we use to draft and refine — it is not a replacement for human expertise, and no content reaches our customers without a human in the loop.

4. Where AI Is Not Used

Several categories of content on this website are produced exclusively by humans, with no AI assistance at any stage:

  • Individual customer reviews and testimonials, which are submitted by customers and reproduced verbatim with their permission;
  • Technician profile pages and “About Us” content, written by the team members themselves;
  • Inspection reports, warranty documentation, mechanic’s-lien filings, and signed service agreements;
  • Direct one-to-one email and SMS correspondence with customers (handled by our office staff and field technicians);
  • Job-site photographs (no AI-generated imagery is presented as a real job; any conceptual or illustrative AI imagery is clearly labeled).

5. Accuracy and Limitations of AI

AI language models can occasionally produce content that is factually incorrect, outdated, or subtly misleading — a phenomenon sometimes called “hallucination.” We are aware of this risk and mitigate it through the editorial process described in Section 3. Nevertheless, if you encounter information on this website that appears inaccurate (a building-code citation that doesn’t exist, a pricing claim that seems wrong, a service we don’t actually offer in your area, a manufacturer-specific instruction that contradicts the equipment manual), please contact us at service@texasserviceexperts.com so we can investigate and correct it promptly. We appreciate every correction.

6. AI and Your Privacy

We do not feed personally identifiable customer information — names, addresses, phone numbers, account details, photos of your home interior, or any combination thereof — into public AI tools for content generation. Any customer-specific information used in service reports or follow-ups is processed within our internal CRM and our internal AI workflows under the same data-handling practices described in our Privacy Policy. Where we use AI to summarize a technician’s field notes into a customer-facing report, that processing occurs within a vendor under a written data-processing agreement that restricts the use of customer data to providing the service we requested.

7. Search-Engine and Platform Compliance

Our use of AI complies with current published guidance from Google Search, Bing, and other major platforms, which permit AI-assisted content provided it is useful, original, demonstrates expertise, and is reviewed by humans for accuracy. We do not produce content with the sole purpose of manipulating search rankings, and we follow Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) framework in all content decisions. Our authorship pages identify the human editors who reviewed each piece of content, and every author has demonstrable experience in the field they write about.

8. Customer Communications

When you call, text, or email Texas Service Experts, you are communicating with a human member of our team. We do not use AI chatbots that pretend to be human. If we ever deploy an AI-assisted automated response tool (such as an after-hours triage chatbot, an automated FAQ responder, or a voicemail-transcription assistant), it will be clearly labeled as automated, you will always have the option to reach a human team member, and the tool will not impersonate a specific named employee.

9. Updates to AI Practices

The field of generative AI is evolving rapidly, with new tools, new capabilities, and new transparency expectations emerging frequently. We will update this Disclosure as our practices change or as new transparency standards emerge from regulators, search engines, industry bodies, or our own evolving judgment. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision, and material changes will be flagged on our homepage.

10. Legal Disclaimer

The information presented on this website, whether AI-assisted or fully human-written, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering, legal, financial, or tax advice. Always rely on a licensed technician’s on-site assessment, the equipment manufacturer’s installation and operation manual, and the written estimate and service agreement signed at the time of service for any specific repair, replacement, or installation decision in your home.
